Identify and Gather
The MOST important step is accuate identification. Most of what I use don’t have lookalikes which makes this process pretty easy, but we like to compare with a reliable photo ID and multiple books and online sources. When confirmed, we carefully gather, always leaving plenty behind for wildlife and production sustainability

Rinse and Dry
Once gathered, we clean well by rinsing with lukewarm water, finishing with cold water. Depending on the plant, we will either lay flat to dry or hang to dry. Storage upon complete dryness is a cool dark cabinet until ready for use

Final Product / Shelf Life
Whether we are reserving for teas, crafting tinctures by extraction or for herbal infusions we are careful to provide shelf life knowledge to our customers and ensure freshness with responsible use and storage of our products

Don’t let me run out

Tinctures- How Much / How Often?
the tinctures are natural and safe to use but we always in encourage ALL things moderation! For the tinctures, I typically suggest 2 squeezes over ice topping with your favorite. (We like tonic water with ours!) You may use the tinctures as needed, however you can consult your physician if you have any medical questions as we are not doctors, nor do we claim to be
